New Jersey Residents Cope With Gas Rationing

NPR's Martin Kaste reports on the ongoing shortage of gasoline in New Jersey. Because of Superstorm Sandy, the state is rationing gas according to the final digit on each car's license plate. The system doesn't seem to be shortening the lines much.
